Wendy Wasserstein’s final play takes place at a small New England college. Laurie Jameson, a professor has an interaction with a student, Woodson Bull, III. The professor accuses him of plagiarism when he turns in an assignment that she believes is above his academic ability because of his differing political beliefs.
